Pumpkin Cheesecake Filling

Six ounces of cream cheese, softened

Three big eggs

1 ¼ cups of pumpkin puree

¾ cup of Splenda (granulated)

One teaspoon of cinnamon

One teaspoon of allspice

One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Half teaspoon of ground ginger

Directions:

Crust:

Put eight tablespoons of room butter, which is at room temperature, two eggs, and two tablespoon of Splenda into a clean mixing container.

Beat them well until the mixture turns liquid.

Afterwards, mix in the coconut flour gently. Continue until it gets to a pliable texture. Add in some of the saran wrap and then put it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 mins.

Bring out the dough from the refrigerator. Then, you should squish the dough out onto some parchment paper.

Roll out the dough brought out of the refrigerator with the aid of a rolling pin until it is around ¼-inch thick.
